Professional Home Inspection Institute has been training home inspectors in Florida long before the licensing law was passed and will continue to be the premier certifying organization for Florida home inspectors. 

PHII offers a course package that contains two courses, the Basic Home Inspector Certification Course and the Advanced Home Inspector Course.  The two courses are approved for a total of 120 hours by Florida. You'll receive inspection forms and templates along with the certification course so you'll be ready to start inspecting homes as soon as you're done with the course and have completed the licensing process with the state.

Professional Home Inspection Institute is affiliated with FABI, the Florida Association of Building Inspectors in Florida and PHII is affiliated with all the major national non-profit home inspector organizations as well.  You even get a free 1-year membership to NSHI (National Society of Home Inspectors) once you have passed the course!
