This package includes Wind Mitigation certification (2 credit hours in Hurricane Mitigation), Defect Recognition certification (8 credit hours - 5 in Building Systems, 3 in Reporting), and and Manufactured Homes certification (16 credit hours - 10 hrs in Building Systems, 5 hrs in Inspection Methods, 1 hr in Reporting).

Enroll in this module to get a total of 26 credit hours. Florida Home Inspectors are required to get 14 hours board-approved continuing education each biennium prior to the renewal period, so this module will fulfill your Continuing Education requirements.
